GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

The Getnord website getnord.com/uk is pleased to offer two different shipping methods. We have Standard Shipping and One-day Shipping options available. Please allow at least one(1) business day for processing including One-day Shipping. Packages are only delivered weekdays, including One-day Shipping.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

Within the United Kingdom (Excluding Channel Islands)

  • FREE Standard Shipping on order £50 or more. £3.85 Standard Shipping on orders under £50
  • For orders up to £100.00 – Next Day Shipping £6.85
  • For orders over £100.00 – Next Day Shipping $4.95

Important Delivery Information

  • Standard Delivery - Orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days from the date your order is dispatched.
  • We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Malta, PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
  • Our Warehouse is closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • Orders may be despatched for delivery early on occasions, depending on the rate of despatch in our warehouse.
  • You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been despatched.
  • Please note, during sale and busy periods, delivery may take longer
  • Getnord are not responsible for any parcels that go missing/are stolen as a result of the delivery instructions that are left for our courier.

 

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your item/s, you can return them to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, using the free returns label getnord.com/return-label/uk.

 

Our returns Policy:

  • The items should arrive unused and in the original packaging. Please try our products indoors to avoid marks and scuffs. If we receive an order that is not in a re-saleable condition, the item/s may be sent back to you.
  • Returns need to be packaged securely to avoid any damage, as you are responsible for the item/s until they arrive with us.
  • We do not exchange items unfortunately, so all orders will be inspected and processed for a refund. If you would like a new model/style, please place a new order on line or over the phone.
  • We advise that you keep hold of your Proof of Postage until you have confirmation that the return has been received.
  • All returns are refunded in Sterling (GBP). We will send you an email when the order has been received and when the items have been refunded.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item/s and process your goods within 10 working days. We will send you an update email when the refund has been processed. Once we have processed the refund can take 3-7 business days for your bank to complete.
